Rav Meir Pogrow
The Founder of Master Torah
Rabbi Meir Pogrow is the founder of the unique Master Torah system. Currently Rav Pogrow offers over 2000 shiurim with new ones being added daily.
Besides several prestigious smichot including from the Chief Rabbinate of Israel and the Institute of Science and Halacha, Rav Pogrow has a Ksav Dayanus as a Religious Judge (Dayan) from the Religious Supreme Court in Jerusalem, Israel.
For 5 years Rav Pogrow also served as the Rosh Kollel of Aish Hatorah in Jerusalem. He has taught Tanach, Mishna, Gemara, Jewish Law, Psychology, and Philosophy at a variety of institutions ranging from elementary school to his own kollels (graduate study level) in Israel and the USA.
Rav Pogrow has been a featured speaker at many events and conferences worldwide. He frequently travels to help schools maximize their curriculums and offer his materials. Additionally, he meets and coaches new or existing groups consisting of both "online" as well as conventional students worldwide. During his extensive travel, Rav Pogrow maintains many of the shiurim via interactive video conferencing. All of Rav Pogrow's programs and shiurim are ongoing 12 months a year.
Rav Pogrow, his wife Shoshana, and their 6 children have lived for the last decade in Ramat Beit Shemesh, Israel, excluding a year in Austin, TX where Rav Pogrow founded a Kollel and community outreach program.
